Introduction: These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Cold Wallet Capital’s investment services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Investment Risks: Investing in cryptocurrencies involves risks, including but not limited to market volatility, regulatory changes, and technological risks. CWC does not guarantee any specific returns, and all investments are subject to market fluctuations.

2. Educational Purpose: Information provided by CWC is for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Users are encouraged to conduct their own research and seek independent financial advice.

3. Security Measures: CWC employs security measures to protect users’ assets. However, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. CWC is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access or use of account information.

4. No Liability for Losses: CWC is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to financial losses, opportunity costs, or damages arising from the use of our Services.

5. Market Volatility: Users acknowledge and understand the inherent volatility of the cryptocurrency market. CWC is not responsible for market fluctuations or losses resulting from market changes.

6. Compliance with Laws: Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdictions related to cryptocurrency investments.

7. Technology Risks: Users acknowledge the risks associated with technology, including the potential for hacking, cybersecurity threats, and other technological failures.

8. Force Majeure: CWC is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Investment Risks and Fees: Clients acknowledge the application of fees as follows:

  • Onboarding Fee: A one-time fee of 2% based on the total value of the initial investment.
  • Performance Fee: Applied when CWC exits a position in profit. This fee is set at 35% on all gross profits earned by the client’s portfolio.
  • Exit Fee and Lockup Period: Clients that opt to withdraw funds may do so at any time and trigger a 90-day lockup period and incur a 2% exit fee upon completion of lockup period. Clients opting for an immediate withdrawal will incur a 25% exit fee.

Clients are advised to thoroughly review these fee structures, ensuring a clear understanding of their implications on investment returns. CWC prioritizes transparency and aligns its interests with clients’ success, emphasizing the importance of informed decision-making in the dynamic cryptocurrency market.

10. Right to Assess and Exit Positions: CWC reserves the right to assess and exit a position at any time, applying the performance fee whenever a profitable exit is executed.

11. Amendments and Client Agreement: CWC retains the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of CWC’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
